When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a major responsibility and work hard to protect your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete your information. This Privacy Policy defines basic principles surrounding the privacy of users and others who interact with 3 Experiences, as well as 3 Experiences’ brands, apps, sharing tools, products, and services, which we call the “3Experiences Services” or “Services”.

By using or accessing the 3 Experiences Services, or by otherwise providing 3 Experiences with your personal information, you agree to this Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree with any terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Website, the Services or submit any personal information to 3 Experiences.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will reflect any such modifications to this Privacy Policy on our Website and will indicate the date this Privacy Policy was last amended. Your continued access to and/or use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, this Privacy Policy, as revised. Please periodically review this Privacy Policy so that you know what personal information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we may share it.

3 Experiences, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.experiences03.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and contacting you about our services and events. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address or payment information. When you register and/or seek to book travel services with a Third-Party Supplier via our Website, or by other communication methods, we collect personal information which helps us provide the Services you are requesting. This personal information is shared with the applicable Third-Party Suppliers where a booking has been requested by you. For example, if you seek to book a flight, the applicable flight network will receive information relevant to booking the flight.

We may use the personal information you provide to contact you, provide Services to you and to customize your user experience on our Website. We may use your information to operate our Website in accordance with its terms and conditions, to facilitate, complete or confirm, any transactions you choose to make using the Website, to improve our Website and Services, to respond to your questions or inquiries, to carry out other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent, and carry out any other purpose permitted or required by law. We keep your information confidential and generally only use your information within 3 Experiences and Third-Party Suppliers of the Website in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Sharing Your Information and Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. When you use our Services, we may receive information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, and cookie information. For example, when you visit our Websites, sign into our Services, interact with our email notifications, use your account to authenticate to a third-party website or application, or visit a third-party service that includes a 3 Experiences button or widget. We may also receive Log Data when you click on, view or interact with links on our Services, including links to third-party applications, such as when you choose to install another application through 3 Experiences. 3 Experiences uses Log Data to provide, understand, and improve our Services, to make inferences, like what topics you may be interested in, and to customize the content we show you, including ads. If not already done earlier, we will either delete Log Data or remove any common account identifiers, such as your username, full IP address, or email address when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.

In addition, we use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze similar information. Google Analytics relies on first-party cookies, which means the cookies are set by the Google Analytics customer. Using our systems, data generated through Google Analytics can be linked by the Google Analytics customer and by Google to third-party cookies that are related to visits to other websites. For example, we may want to use Google Analytics data to create more relevant ads, or to further analyze website traffic. Learn more about Google Analytics and their individual privacy policy by visiting privacy.google.com

When you share your information with us, we do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of 3 Experiences except with your consent. Some of our services and website features let you share information with other people, and you have control over how you share. For example, you can share that you visited our site on Facebook, Instagram or Linked-in. Remember, when you share information publicly, your content may become accessible through search engines, including Google Search.

We may transfer your personal information to third party service providers that assist us with carrying out the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. We may also use, or disclose your personal information to third parties, if we have reason to believe that using or disclosing such information is necessary to: (i) conduct investigations of possible breaches of law; (ii) identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating an agreement they have with us; (iii) investigate security breaches or cooperate with government authorities pursuant to a legal matter; or (iv) to protect our rights, safety or property.

We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners — like publishers, advertisers, developers, or rights holders. For example, we share information to analyze trends about the general use of our services. We also allow specific partners to collect information from your browser or device for advertising and measurement purposes using their own cookies or similar technologies.

Keeping Your Information Secure

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We protect your Personal Information by maintaining physical, organizational, and technological safeguards intended to help protect against unauthorized use, disclosure or access. Personal Information may only be accessed by persons within our organization, or our third-party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes indicated above, or such other purposes as may be permitted or required by the applicable law. Third Party Suppliers with whom you conduct transactions may hold data in other regions/countries: for more information you must consult the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any Third-Party Suppliers with whom you transact.

We also build security into our services to protect your information through our partnerships with Wix and Google. All Wix and Google products are built with strong security features that continuously protect your information. The insights we gain from maintaining our services help us detect and automatically block security threats from ever reaching you. We work hard to protect you and 3 Experiences from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold, including how we use encryption to keep your data private while in transit. We restrict access to personal information to 3 Experiences employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Some examples of how we use your information to help keep our services safe and reliable include collecting and analyzing IP addresses and cookie data to protect against automated abuse. This abuse takes many forms, such as sending spam to users, stealing money from advertisers by fraudulently clicking on ads, or censoring content by launching a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.

Access and Correction

You have a right to request access to your personal information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate. If you have submitted personal information to us and would like to have access to it, or if you would like to have it removed or corrected, please contact us by emailing  contact@experiences03.com. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, in some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain personal information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains personal information of other persons, or for legal reasons. In such cases, we will provide you with an explanation of why it is not possible to grant access to your personal information.

Children and Parents

Our Services are not directed to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us by emailing contact@experiences03.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of twenty-one (21). All persons under the age of 21 may be required to provide proof of ID in order to receive services from 3 Experiences. All persons under the age of eighteen (18) require parental consent to provide data to or interact with 3 Experiences.

We regularly review this Privacy Policy and make sure that we process your information in ways that comply with it.

Data Transfers

Data protection laws vary among countries, with some providing more protection than others. Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy. We also comply with certain legal frameworks relating to the transfer of data. When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of your data that we cannot resolve with you directly.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that we think you may find useful or important. Sometimes, we may also contact you just to say hello.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may

not be able to use some portions of our Site.

This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to the information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services. Services offered by other companies or individuals, may be displayed to you in search results, or be linked from our services.
