​Are these hotels close to the event venue?

• ​Yes, all hotels were carefully selected to be within steps of the private event venue. 

Is parking included?

• ​Valet and garage parking is available at most hotels for an additional daily or overnight fee, with in-and-out privileges. Overnight hotel parking ranges from $21.00 - $75.00 per night, please inquire with your chosen hotel directly for details. 

Is smoking allowed?

• ​Most Washington, D.C. hotels are non-smoking (within the guest room). Hotels, however, do provide designated rooms or areas near the Hotel as a smoking space. Please inquire with your chosen hotel directly for a smoking accommodation. 

Are pets allowed?

• ​The following hotels within our contracted block allow pets. Fees vary by hotel and your pet accommodation must be requested in advance of your arrival. ​

What’s the deposit/cancellation policy?

• Policies vary by hotel, but generally require a first night’s room and tax deposit and must be canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours before arrival. Please inquire with your chosen hotel directly for specific details.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

• Yes, hotels within our contracted block offer complimentary internet with your reservation. 

Is there a fitness center?

• Yes, all hotels within our contracted block offer complimentary fitness center access with your reservation.

The night I want is not available – what do I do?

• Email help@experiences03.com with the name of the hotel, preferred arrival/departure dates, room type, and total occupants. We’ll contact our partners to get you the accommodation you need, as available. ​
